Below is a list of the terms that govern the rights and obligations of www.sweet -memories.gr, to all of you who will visit its websites. The purpose of this text is to inform you about your rights and obligations, in order to be better served in the search and acquisition of the products you wish to buy from our store. Every visitor or user of our online store should carefully read and study the following paragraphs before visiting or using the pages and in case of disagreement must not use them. Our company can at any time modify the terms of use and conditions, and users / visitors must always check for possible changes. We make every effort to ensure that the content and information displayed each time in its online store is as accurate and true as possible. We do not take any responsibility for any spelling errors in the information content, product descriptions and prices. The user / visitor who uses the services and products of our online store, is obliged to do so in accordance with the law, good manners and these terms and not to perform acts or omissions that may cause harm to third parties, in the operation of our online store or in copyright of third parties. Items for sale and availability

Our online store www.sweet-memories.gr, has products related to wedding and baptism, such as bonbons, oilcloths, baptism clothes, martirika, etc. The main features are listed in the detailed description of the product by clicking on our online shop. High resolution photos have also been placed from different angles when necessary and with the ability to zoom in order for the product to be highlighted as best as possible and on the other hand for the potential buyer to fully understand it. The possibility that the products for sale do not correspond exactly to the fabrics and the colors in terms of images is subject to the browser and the user’s screen resolution features.

Some products are in stock with immediate availability. Most products require an order and a waiting time, for which the customer is informed by phone or e-mail and further consultation is made to place the order as a backorder or to cancel it. Order cancellation

Our company offers you the opportunity to cancel an order that has already been registered.

This can be done in the following ways:

• Sending an email to info@sweet-memories.gr with the subject “Order cancellation” by filling in the order number.

• By phone at 6932467047. The cancellation of an order can be done within 24 hours.

After the above time point no cancellation will be accepted.

 

Change – return of products

Our company does everything to ensure that the customer is absolutely satisfied from his purchase.

In case the customer wishes to change-return the product he has received, he must within 7 working days from the date he received his purchase:

• To send by email to info@sweet-memories.gr the change request with the subject “Application to change the order” “by filling in its number.

• Call 6932467047

Changes-returns of products beyond these days will be not be accepted.

 

Conditions of changes-returns

Our company pays attention to the quality of the sent product and is not responsible for any defects of the products it supplies to its customers.

The customer has the right to return or change the product in case:

• It is defective

• The product shipped is not the one he ordered. In all the above cases the customer can change or return the product following the procedure mentioned in the paragraph “Change or return of products” and necessary condition on that:

• The product package is not damaged.

• The product has not been removed from its original packaging, including accessories, labels, etc.

• The product is exactly in the same condition as it was when of purchased. That is, new, unworn, unwashed, unused.

• It is not a product that was bought with a discount or offer and its discount price is mentioned in our website or is included in the category “Offers”.

• It is not a “special order” product,  a product that was manufactured by our company or one of our partners, exclusively for the specific customer.

Such products are considered favors, martirika, personalized products, anything that includes a perishable product (edible) bonbons, sweets, etc., as well as products that have undergone any change from their original form at the request of the customer (clothes, shoes to order, etc.)

The changed products are shipped only after the returned products are received and subjected to quality control. Refunds are made within 10 working days.

 

Shipping method and delivery costs in case of change – return of products.

• In case of an incorrect shipment of a product, the shipping costs are borne by our company.

• In case of product change-return, the customer is charged the shipping costs.

• In case the change-return product does not meet the above conditions of the paragraph “Exchange – return of products”, the parcel will be returned to the sender at his expense. The delivery costs of the products that are returned completely without change are borne by the customer.  For this reason we advise you:

• Use a recognized postal service to return or change your purchase.

• Carefully pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.

• In no case is our company responsible for loss, delay, theft or mismanagement of the parcel sent by the customer for change – product return.

• In no case is the return or change product, accepted in cash on delivery to our company accepted.

• All products must be sent to the headquarters of our company.

 

Statement of disclaimer

Our company is not responsible for illegal use of a credit card by a non-holder, as long as its loss has not been declared to the bank, as it is the responsibility of the customer to keep his credit card. Our company and its partners make every effort for the good operation of the online store, without guaranteeing that its operations or servers will be uninterrupted or without any kind of error, etc.

 

Acceptance of terms

The customer declares that he explicitly and unreservedly accepts the above terms of cooperation and agrees to make the purchase in accordance with them. The terms of use for the transaction between a customer and his online store have been read by those interested in the transaction.
